Southern Utah
The Southern Utah Region is a very interesting place that has much diversity. There are mountains, deserts, badlands, forests, rivers and lakes all in such a small area. The drive from Las Vegas is less than 2 hours to some of the most unusual sights in the southwest. If you want to go to the sights of Southern Utah and also want the gambling that Nevada has to offer, you may want to stay in Mesquite, Nevada. There is also accommodations in St. George and Cedar City, Utah. While in this region, you may want to stop in all the little towns and hamlets and enjoy the local flavor of the area.

Getting There-
Las Vegas to Southern Utah

There are two different ways to get to the Southern Utah region from Las Vegas. To start your trip, you will need to head north on I-15. Either continue north on I-15 to St. George and points beyond or you can take US 93 north then on to Nevada state route 319 into Utah for a different scenic route.
