Stuff: I'd like to know who you "guys" are, more about you so I know who I am sharing information with, so to speak! I'm still close friends with several alumni and went to the Marineland reunion at the Marriott in Torrance many years ago. My nickname was "Reedly" and a good friend of mine ran the park for many years, Anthony Budrovich, alias "Budly". Any reunions in the future?

Stuff: AFTER WATCHING THE EPISODE OF "JAG" ON CBS TONIGHT, LT. RABB IN A FLASHBACK PLOT BACK TO MEMORIES OF HIS FATHER, TALKED FONDLY ABOUT IN 1969 HOW HE GOT THE SHARK TEETH AT MARINEWORLD. WELL, I STILL HAVE MY SHARK TEETH MY DAD GOT ME IN 1961 WHEN I WAS 11. I WENT THROUGH MY PHOTO ALBULM AND FOUND DOZENS OF PICTURES OF THE MANY TRIPS (AT LEAST 10). MY PARENTS TOOK MY SISTER AND I EVERY YEAR UNTIL WE WENT OF TO COLLEGE.

Stuff: It is my understanding that whale named "Rosie" was named after my late husband, Robert L. Rose. He was a reporter, and covered the story of the whale's capture. When the whale was brought to the park, they named it Rosie. I found an article while sorting through his old files. I would very much like to know what became of Rosie, where she is, and whether she is still alive. Any information you have would be helpful. I would be happy to forward a copy of the article, if you wish. I look forward to hearing from you.

Stuff: I was born in Los Angeles in 1956 but did not make my first visit until May 1980. I really enjoyed my visit especially the newly opened Baha Reef. Shortly after my visit I moved to England and have been here ever since. I am planning to return to Los Angeles in 2006 for my 50th birthday, to show my son all the sights of my hometown. I am sorry that he will not be able to go to Marineland and see Bubbles the whale.
